I loved the stunning views of the Trakai Castle from my room. The balcony provided an exceptional spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The room itself was spacious and had a mini fridge and a kettle, which made my stay comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to several cafes and restaurants. Staff interaction was pleasant. On the downside, the heating system struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, especially during the winter nights. Breakfast options started really late at 11:00, which felt odd for a hotel. It was frustrating having to wait that long. The check-in process could also be confusing, especially regarding the after-hours entrance.

The narrow stairs for accessing rooms need better communication!!! An upgrade of the heating system is a must, as it fails to warm adequately!!! Late breakfast start at 11 AM feels unreasonably late for any hotel!!! It’s confusing trying to locate parking!!!
